The business took off with his great marketing strategies and leadership, Harv was able to became a millionaire in 2 and half years.

Do You Want To “Never Work Again”?

Well this a question as well as a review on an event called “Never Work Again” by T.Harv Eker. Well most of the event is not done by him, it was presented by other speakers who are investors themselves sharing with Harv’s students.

The speakers talked about land banking, stock investing, options trading, futures, commodities, diamond investment, Internet marketing, property investing, economics, investing in a company, ATM investing, natural gas, how to get a book agent, and tax liens.

I do not know about you, I was actually blown away when I heard some of the investment tools they used, which I have not heard of before. Before I carry on the summary of some speakers they were teaching, let me explain what is “Never Work Again” event.

“Never Work Again” is an ensemble speakers event by T.Harv Eker, who he thought of bringing some interesting investment tools that some of the successful investors are using today to his students, since he teach on creating wealth.

Harv decided to gather successful investors together in an event for his students. The event is done mainly in North America, and its the first time Success Resources organized this event in Singapore.

Let me share with you what I really like in the investment tools which I found in the event:

Tax Liens by Saen Higgins: Well in the United States, there are a lot of foreclosure of properties around the country. The properties owners were not able to pay the monthly installments, so the bank who lends the owner money will now look for someone to pay for the monthly installment for the owner, if in a year or two (depend on the state law) the owner is not able to pay the someone who is paying on behalf of the owner, that someone will get the property under his/ her name.

If the owner is able to pay that someone the monthly payment to the bank with some interest to it, the owner still owns the property. That someone (investor) will earn either by getting a foreclosure or the interest of the monthly payment. This is like the great property sale, where you can get as low as 30% of the original price for the property, or earning monthly interest from the owner. Investing of ATM in New Zealand by Darryl Reeves: This is very interesting because I always though that ATM machines in Singapore are owned by the banks, so we can’t make any money from it. This is not the case in New Zealand. As New Zealand is a big country (bigger than Singapore), it do not actually has a lot of ATM machines in the country, thus making drawing of money very hard.

But Darryl Reeves company (forgotten the company name) has got a deal from the New Zealand government that they are able to produce ATM machines thoughout the country and they can have this deal for a year. To cut the story short, the company needed investors to pump in money to purchase the machines.

What the investors will get in return is a 20% return per annual of what they invested, or total amount of transaction of the machine in a year, each transaction is $0.25. So you will get your investment back in 5 years the most.

Phil Town on Simple Strategies To Invest In Companies: Phil Town wrote a book #1 Rule, which is based on the teaching of Warren Buffett. Phil shared with us that investing is very simple, it is we who complicate it. The #1 rule is not to lose your money, and #2 rule is to remember the first rule.

He shared with us how he used Warren Buffett’s teachings and made his first millions in 5 years. Another thing that he shared is that if a company that has a great and passionate leader, that company is going to do well.

I must say that investing in yourself is the most critical focus that each and everyone must do, it is only in your knowledge that you will be able to see and predict what the future of wealth will be in whose hands. With no information of investing, you will most likely to fail.

Millionaire Mind Intensive 2009 Malaysia

This is my third time crewing for the Millionaire Mind Intensive, it was held in Malaysia Jalan Dulang, MINES Resort City, 43300 Seri Kembangan, Selangor Darul Ehsan from 12th ~ 14th June 2009. My intention to be there was to help people change life and catch up with old friends. And I have achieved the two goals. Back to the story during the event:

As the seminar name tells you, it’s about having a millionaire mindset. But how can we have a millionaire mindset when we have not even broken the 100 thousands mark, the answer is to look at the roots of your mindset. Kieron Sweeney who is a recent rise up trainer of Peak Potential, was speaking most of the time during the MMI two weeks ago. Kieron shared with us about the example of the tree, where it grew from a seed, into a young plant, into adult tree and finally fruits coming out. But the main thing is that without the roots of the tree, the tree can do nothing, produce nothing. And the roots are where we do not see, it has to be deep rooted so that the tree can withstand the storm, and to gather water for the tree. We are just like that, we have to work on things we cannot see (mindset), so that we can have fruits (things we can see).

In the Millionaire Mind Intensive, there are also games and exercises that help us to understand our condition or mindset towards money. We may have some bad experience or learn from our parents who taught us that money is evil. These are the causes that produce the outcome of what we have in mind towards money.

For example, there is a game where you find yourself happily looking for money or you are just sitting there watching. All these are your attitude towards money, if you do not respect money, do not expect money to respect you. It is not that money is evil, its the person who uses the money does he or she has evil thought.

Well Harv Eker did came to the seminar for a couple of hours during the event, which he delivered great teaching for us; “How you do anything is how you do everything“. This is also true for relationship, “How you treat anybody, is how you treat everybody“. Although this is my third time learning from Harv, it still helps me to remember and to further condition me to do my best for everything, and to treat everyone with the best attitude.

There are a lot more teachings on the mindset towards money I have not covered. I will highly recommend that you attend this event even if you are already a millionaire or broke, this event is for everyone, and a chance to know more about yourself.

A phrase to describe the National Achievers Congress 2009 – Absolutely amazing and informative! Having already read most of the books in the Rich Dad Series, I was very interested to meet and listen to Robert and his Rich Dad team.

The Rich Dad team certainly didn’t disappoint, they covered extensively on the different aspects on successful investing and business to reach out to the audience.

The seminar was conducted from ground-up with the team touching on the fundamentals of being rich and successful – that of altering one’s mindset, from one from the E-S Quadrant to one from the B-I Quadrant.

The basic tenet of his philosophy being to generate sufficient passive income through investments and/or business so that this passive income can support you.

Only then, is one truly financially free! The seminar was truly enjoyable as the Rich Team used appropriate anecdotes and analogy to bring their point across, from teachings of Robert’s Rich Dad to the success stories of Rich Dad’s advisors.

The Rich Dad advisors were primed to educate the participants on their specialist field as they are truly experts in their field. Blair Singer, the advisor on sales was truly informative and entertaining and was adept in reaching out to the audience. The energy present in the presenters clearly invigorated the audience and enhanced our learning.

The team approach to delivering the content was also refreshing as the banter between the team enhanced learning and Robert’s questions to his team presented the content in an easy to learn way for those who are professionals as well as amateurs with little prior knowledge in the field.

In addition to empowering our mind, Robert also encourages discussion among fellow participants to promote learning as learning was not restricted from the trainers but I also learnt from fellow participants as they shared their knowledge and experiences.

The NAC functioned not only as a platform for the trainers to develop our Millionaire Mindset, but there were also concrete strategies for success. For example, Michael Maloney providing the participants investment strategies for commodities by showing us charts and making comparisons of today’s gold and silver prices and encouraging us to invest in these physical commodities.

The real estate specialist Ken McElroy also substantiated his points by providing simple illustrations of making huge returns by purchasing real estate and renting them out.

In these trying economic and volatile market situations, the specialist in paper assets – Andy Tanner enlightened us on the various strategies where investors could profit not only on a market upswing but also in down markets and markets which trade sideways.

The attractiveness of the NAC was that it exposed participants to a wide range of topics – from that of sales, branding, investments in paper assets, commodities and real estate, but it also provided participants the opportunity to further their education in their desired field.

There were different products on offer for the interested participants, from other seminars which are catered specifically to the various fields to books and other audio-visual materials.

On the third day of the Congress, speakers like T. Harv Eker and Greg Secker made appearances. Mr Eker was truly energetic and truly left a deep impression on me with his inspirational tones in creating the Wealthy Warrior in us. I developed and enhance my positive mindset just after a session with Mr Eker and felt truly energized.

I could sense that in this session he really laid the foundation of the Millionaire Mindset in me and other participants. Greg Secker also captured my attention with his strategies in becoming a successful Forex trader.

This being my first NAC was truly an enlightening, informational and inspirational. I would totally recommend attending this Congress to everyone as the speakers are truly world-class experts in their field and their delivery is both informational and interesting. Enlightened Warrior Training Camp In Asia

Aho! This is one of the things I learn from Enlightened Warrior Camp, is to acknowledge others. This is a camp that is not going to be comfortable. Becoming a warrior has to go through difficulties, and still able to hold himself as warrior no matter what!

We as a human has a warrior spirit in us, it is this warrior spirit that has a never say die spirit, but this spirit has been bury by our daily work and the things of the world. This camp not only revive that spirit, but also to draw out the things you thought can’t do, but is in you all the while.

It is facing in the heat that will show your true nature out. It is how you do anything, that will determine how you will do everything.

This camp not only is physical, and mental as well. So be prepare to see how you can serve others, lead them, and encourage them. The world will be a better place if everyone is doing these three things.

Enlightened Warrior Camp is the signature program of T.Harv Eker. This camp can transform your life and knowing what a warrior must do to serve his family, nation and the world.

I have personally seem participants change right after the camp, because they know that we can be a warrior for others.

Train The Trainer In Singapore 2008

“Train The Trainer” is a 5 day event by T Harv Eker, teaching you to be a better presenter, learn how to capture your audience, have your audience thank you for the content and context of your presentation, and to get your audience take action. “Train the Trainer” is where you must go.

There is a saying that 20% of the world’s presenter are making more money than the 80%. This came from the 20/80 rule. So if you want to be like Anthony Robbins, Robert Kiyosaki, or other world political leaders who are able to present themselves, and communicate to the audiences, this is your chance.

T.Harv Eker will be teaching you the trips and system in presenting. The small little things you do during presentation, makes a hell lot of differences between success and failure. Here are some of the examples:

1. Standing on stage, when someone is asking a question. If the participant is standing the left side of the stage, what the presenter should do is to walk to the right side of the stage and answer the question. Why is this so? Its because the normal presenter will address the question to the same side where the participant is asking the question. This way the presenter has ignore the right side of the participants.

2. Average presenter tend to prepare in ‘PowerPoint’ to show the participants, and reading it to the participants. The best and highest earning presenter tend to use a lot of flip charts rather than ‘PowerPoint’. The reason they are using ‘PowerPoint’ is that they want to show things that it can’t be done using flip chart. And Harv Eker will show you templates of how to present, all you need to do is put in the content.

3. How do you capture the audiences attention and keeping them alert. By asking them questions and giving them exercises will not just attentive and alert, it will actually increase in their learning. This is called speed learning, one of the ways used in NLP.

There are a lot more that I will share after the event has ended on the 31st Aug 2008.But I like to comment that if you want to be a speaker that move people, this program is a must. Because there are too many people who wants to help the world but because they did not know how to get their attention, and thus making the participants bored.
