Not all people who talking to themselves are crazy. Sometimes, we just don’t realize it but we are talking to ourselves most of the day. It is a like a radio inside our head. It is talking to us and reminding how silly, bad or good we are. It also serves as our critics in our actions. Worse, it can change our mood and outlook into something pessimistic.

The voices in our head sometimes cause negative to us. It sometimes dictates us what to do and what to do not. For an instance, if you want to apply for a job or change your life into something productive, this voice will object your plan and will feed you fears and in turn, you will be afraid to try what you have planned beforehand. This will control your life and decision if you are going to let it. Yes, it can be helpful sometimes but you have to make sure that it won’t control you but it’s you who will control it.

But don’t you worry just yet. There are some steps you can try to get rid of those negative voices and self-talks. Those voices will turn into something positive and will be your avid fan later on. Here are those:

Step #1 – Listen and be aware to the voices in your head

Mostly, we are just letting the negative voices to come and go off our minds. Try to listen to them once in a while. Be aware on how it speaks to us. Is it saying same thing over and over? Is it judging and criticize our actions most of the time? Also, know what the effect of those voices to you. Sometimes, we are just letting those negative voices leads us and in turn, we are being controlled by it. As a matter of fact, negative self-talks deceive us. It feeds us fears and doubt. Thus you have to listen, focus and be ware on what this voice is saying and causing to you. You will be able to determine who is really controlling you.

Step #2 – Asses your Inner Voice

There are two voices in our inner – the positive and negative. What kind of voice do you think speak to you most of the time? Is it the voice of doubt and fear? Is it causing you agony? Is it making you feel down? Or maybe you can hear some positive voice that gets over with the negative one? Then you should be glad. You have to practice talking to your positive voices more often. You can easily recognize if it’s a positive voice. It can make you feel joyful and happy. In a long run, you will feel optimistic towards life.

Step #3 – Talk to positive voices more Often

After you have determined which voice talking to you most of the time, you can now start change your negative talks into something positive. How? Pay attention and listen to the voice that making you feel good and ignore those voices that doing otherwise. Rather than listening to the voice that saying “everything I touch falls apart”, better listen to voice saying “I pull everything together”. Subconsciously, positive talks can make you act positively in turn.Similar Posts:

I remember this scene while attending Date With Destiny in 2005, Tony Robbins share with us about the wisdom of Master Yoda. Master Yoda said to Luke Skywalker, “Do or Do not, There is No Try.”

Isn’t that true in life too, trying to do it is so weak, almost telling yourself that you will fail.

Since the 6 days with Tony in Date With Destiny in 2005, I tell myself that I will do it, if not I will not. Sometimes situation may not allow me to want to do it or I am not confident to do it. I will always go back to this movie clip to remember that I can do it. Enjoy…

I had the honor of listening to Jim Rohn live in person three times in Singapore. To me Jim Rohn was a motivational speaker as well, because the first two time I listened to him – it was in a Herbalife session. As I was a distributor, and Jim Rohn was also like a spokesperson for the company, motivating us and giving us business philosophy that he has experienced in his lifetime.

Jim Rohn is very into network marketing, that will explain why he was a spokesperson for Herbalife. He has been a adviser and business philosopher, to the direct sales organization. You can read more on Jim Rohn Biography here.

I enjoy Jim Rohn quotes, they are easy to understand and very true to our human nature. Here are some of my favorite Jim Rohn quotes:

1) Pity the man who inherits a million dollars and isn’t a millionaire. Here’s what would be pitiful, if your income grew and you did’nt.

2) The challenge of leadership is to be strong, but not rude. Be kind, but not weak. Be bold, but not a bully. be thoughtful, but not lazy. Be humble, but not a timid. Be proud, but not arrogant. Have humor, but without folly.

3) Leadership is the challenge to be something more than average.

4) Miss a meal if you have to, but don’t miss a book.

There are many Jim Rohn quotes that can be found online, you can always buy Jim Rohn Quotes here.

Jim Rohn has help so many people to be successful, like the world’s best success coach Tony Robbins is also one of Jim Rohn students.Tony has shared in his seminars and telling his audiences how he started, and how Jim Rohn guided him to be successful.

Jim has written books that are business, personal development, and on how to live your like to the fullest. You can always get Jim Rohn books here too.

As Rocky was train to fight in boxing matches, and has won two time heavy weight champion in his time. Now that he is old and wanting to return to the boxing arena to let his beast out again. Rocky finds that the world around him has their own opinion on not letting him return into the arena. Some make fun of him, some stop him, some angry with him, they are trying all ways to stop him.

They are not in the wrong for your info, they want to look out for Rocky, as he is old and going back to boxing might cause him his life. You see, whenever you make a radical decision about changing your life, some of the people around you will stop or even discourage you, why is it so?

It is because they do not want to lose you in their sphere of influence, in the case of Rocky is losing his life, so thus the official boxing committee was afraid that the legend will die during the fight, and the committee will be blamed for not doing their job. This is very normal and right for them. As we are living in a world where people have their own interest at hand, and doing what is right for them.

If you want to fight for what is right for you or fight for your dream, you got to stand against the known (your loved ones and friends) and the unknown (things that will happen if you take the path). Giving yourself and others a great reason why this is good for you, and that what you are doing is right for you. See how Rocky did it, he acknowledge the feedback from the committee, and telling them his reason why he should go back.

Getting to where you want to be is going to be tough, and that is a fact. No matter how hard you try the reciprocal force will apply the same strength back to you. How am I going to get what I want, or what’s right for me? This is going to need your persistent, determination, faith, planning, and most of all your reason WHY. This way you will live your life that you will not regret once you are gone, that is your right. Fighting what is right for you.

I have something to confess to you, when I first start attending seminars years ago, I did not take action on the things I learned from the speakers. Were you like that before? Oh man!!! We are the same!!! Thank God I was not like that all along!

But things slowly changed as I continued to attend seminars (which cost a lot but now I look back was actually my best investments), my thoughts began to take action in reality.

I got a property, rented it out and am now making positive passive income from property rental. This property belongs to my family with my name on it, but it did not start off easy.

My grandfather has left us a fortune and was shared between my father, two uncles and me (eldest grandson in the family). After I began attending seminars (motivation, investment, property investment, etc..), I finally learned how to invest in property in theory B).

But it was only about 2 years later that my dad decided to go into property investment by renting out properties, after hearing my constant voice of property investment for almost 2 years.

He finally gave up and we ended up having a property with a very nice and affordable price to invest in.

Now generating positive passive income monthly has always been in my mind since I started attending seminars. Along the way I also learnt about various property investment issues. (Thank God, it was not very hard).

But the thing I want to share is that I was focusing my actions in creating a passive income from property investment. Although I want to purchase another property, but the property market now is not stable for us to enter.

What I am trying to say is that, if you are not focused in the first place and are not taking any action — you can always dream about your goal but will never come to you. Only through focus and action are that you are able to achieve the goals you want. And this I learned from Tony Robbins, and I am grateful that I learn from Tony in focusing in what I want.

If you are interested to know more about Tony, read Tony Robbins UPW In Singapore for more information.

There are a million ways to achieve success – but without being focused and taking actions, you will not be able to achieve anything.Similar Posts:

Have you ever read a book and thought it rang so true – giving you that much-sought after life perspective you’ve been searching your whole life?

That’s how I felt after I read this book from cover to cover.

There was one particular chapter in the book that when I read it gave me some chills and kept me awake at night. That particular chapter is related to Einstein, the Universe and a particular scientifically-proven law of physics. It’s been a long time that a non-fiction book can move one so deeply but this book did!

I have to admit the title is a misnomer: the book is never about “turning a profit” or “how to get rich” book.

In fact it actually points you that the road to financial freedom actually lies in the area between your ears and deep within your heart.

Chris asks you to examine your inner thoughts and value systems through various NLP exercises.

As you go through the exercises faithfully, your natural being will start to change. You begin to understand that people struggle financially because they act as if wealth is something outside of themselves over which they have no power.

The individuals who are floundering in business, stuck in jobs they don’t like or frustrated about their lack of progress are the ones walking around saying:

“I would be rich, but I’m not because…my parents didn’t teach me any skills…I would’ve started my own business, but I couldn’t because…the bank wouldn’t give me a loan…because I didn’t go to the right school…because my spouse won’t let me….”

They are so busy searching for excuses for their failures, they won’t even see the opportunities all around them! When someone points the finger outside themselves, they rob themselves of power. They’re essentially saying that somebody else determines their results.

You then question yourself…Why would you do that?

This exceptional book by Christopher Howard titled “Turning Passions Into Profits” answers the following questions admirably:

What does it take to live a life of wealth and fulfilment?

Why does success seem to come so easily to some, while others struggle and fail?

And how do I build the kind of financial freedom I’ve always wanted, doing something I’m passionate about?

Exploring the background of various successful entrepreneurs like Oprah Winfrey and Richard Branson, Chris explains in the form of a mind-map what made them who they are.

He explains what happens when you Harness the Power of Focus:

If you were to take a 250-watt light bulb and plug it into a power source, you could light up a room. But if you directed that same 250 watts of energy through a laser, you could cut through steel.

That is the power of focus. Persistent focus is one of the most common traits of billionaires.

Warren Buffett once said, “I’m like a Tiger Woods, or a Michael Jordan…these people have an incredible ability to focus.”

From day to day, Buffett pours his attention on reading financial reports and analysing businesses so that he can interpret the numbers and recognise the investments that will pay off over time. Focusing on one objective intensively generates propulsion in the direction you want to go. So how do you access this kind of intense power of focus?

And more importantly, how do you direct it like that laser to cut a path straight to your dreams and create the life you personally desire?

First…Choose Goals You’re Passionate About. Focus and follow-through come naturally from passion. Thomas Edison was passionate about finding a way to harness electricity.

He kept his attention riveted on this one vision of homes staying lit even into the night, then he persisted through thousands of failed attempts until the light bulb literally lit up the world.

Bill Gates relentlessly pursued one clear intention— Microsoft would be the first to market with their Office operating system.

The stories behind both Gates’ and Edison’s success are rife with technical difficulties, personal challenges, stiff competition and outside resistance.

Yet, it was their single-mindedness of purpose that lent them almost super-human strength to overcome obstacles. Their focus and resolve proved a stronger force than any outer circumstances.

The truth is, no one is missing anything—every individual has the same potential to take charge of their financial situation, no matter your circumstances, level of education, or business experience.

Whatever wealth and fulfillment mean to you, YOU have the innate ability to make your unique visions a reality.

All you need to start is a dream…and this system of achievement, based on the beliefs, perceptions, skill sets and strategies of the most legendary billionaires and greatest leaders of nations. This book should be on the bookshelf of every entrepreneur.

Even if you don’t want to become a billionaire, learning to think and behave like one will blow the doors off of what’s possible for you, in life and in business.

Chris Howard is one of the world’s leading authorities on the psychology of wealth and accelerated personal achievement.

As entrepreneur and CEO of The Christopher Howard Companies, he has developed a system to replicate the success strategies of the world’s most legendary leaders and billionaires that has assisted long lasting, break through performance results.

The Cashflow 101 Competition was great fun! Even on a Sunday morning, the exceptional turnout was impressive at Singapore Expo Hall 4. With over 600 people turning up and seated at over a hundred tables, the competition was well-underway by 9.30am.

Facilitated by one of the Rich Dad Advisors himself, Kelly Ritchie – it was fun to watch how participants played this game that closely reflects your attitude towards wealth generation.

After a brief introduction to the rules of the game, the game started off with great gusto thanks to the enthusiasm of the large crowd.

There is no doubt everyone wants to become rich but those who actually make it are so little. Some might even have asked these questions to themselves many times:

How come I’m not earning enough money?

How do I get paying clients that stick with me? Is my business model working right?

How come no matter how hard I work and earn, it is never enough?

As you play the game, you are presented with business opportunities (additional stream of income) or setbacks (being retrenched) or a new addition to the family (additional expenses).

Some players were retrenched three times in a row (really really bad dice throw) but surprisingly enough despite the early setbacks – there were those who actually managed to escape the rat race! Their passive income easily exceeded their expenses and liabilities. It was quite clear who will win the game.

The reason was that they clearly acknowledged and took advantage of business opportunities or great bargains (like an undervalued stock or property) presented to them. They took action and didn’t hesitate to create another stream of cash to come in.

The next question of course comes in: how do you train yourself to identify such opportunities when they come by? One way is of course through education and picking the right mentors to learn from. A clear example is of course Mr Bellum Tan who rose from humble beginnings to set up Rich Dad Asia and became a millionaire a few times over in the process. I’m sure one can easily guess who his mentors are.

The Cashflow game closely mirrors real life – life is just as unpredictable as the throw of the dice. It is said how you play the game reflects your mindset towards wealth creation. But one thing clear in the minds of the people who were present was that a single source of income is not a guarantee. In fact, it is a great risk especially in times of recession like now – to just depend on a single job.

It was a lovely and educational atmosphere to be in with every person taking away valuable lessons on cashflow importance and generating different income streams. And the winners clearly deserved their complimentary tickets to meet Robert Kiyosaki and his team of advisors who will be coming in May to Singapore!

Itunes is one of the tools that Steve Jobs used to help Apple earn billions in sales. How did this happen and why is it that Steve Jobs was able to make Apple, an almost bankrupt company into a cutting edge technology company?

If you have read about Steve Job’s life, he started as the founder of Apple, then he made a mistake of hiring John Sculley as Apple’s CEO, where after a few years later – Steve was kicked out of Apple. That was the beginning of Apple’s downfall. It was only in 1996, that Apple decided to get Steve Jobs back due to John Sculley’s consistent failure to promote Apple’s products correctly. The company itself had been continuing to invent and create great products that can help people’s lives in terms of new technology.

After Steve Jobs’ return, he had success in promoting the new Apple computer, which had a trendy feeling to it. Available in different colors, it attracted people who wanted to be different from the normal beige looking computer. But it was not until that an even greater trend that took the whole world by surprise: the beginning of Napster.

Napster was a music file sharing program created by Shawn Fanning (18 years old then), where as long as you have computer and internet access, you are able to share music with people all over the world. When the music lovers heard of this FREE music downloads on the internet, they quickly rushed to the Napster site to download and share their music to the world. The traffic increased through word of mouth or via email, of the free service. Then the music industry started to file a lawsuit against Napster, in hope to stop this online piracy.

Steve Jobs saw an opportunity in this huge market, as during that time a lot of the portable MP3 players were available on the market but they were not very user friendly. Apple had to grab this piece of the pie to be successful, so Steven Jobs thought of a music storing software that is much more user friendly and able to meet the needs of the huge music market. Itunes was then introduced to the world. It was only available to the Apple computer users only, and the Apple computer users absolutely loved this free easy to use music download software.

In less a year after the launch of Itunes, Apple introduced Ipod to the world. Ipod is a portable music player with hard disk of 5 ~ 10 GB of space, meaning that it was well over the storage limit of other portable MP3 players. It was trendy looking like the design of Apple computers, making the Ipod desirable to music lovers, but it was only available to the Apple computer users only.

It was only in the third generation of Ipod that Itunes was made available to the public. Itunes is now compatible to the other computer users and they rushed to purchase the third generation of Ipod, making billions of dollars for Apple.

You see that since the invention of Internet, the world has become smaller and faster than before. If you have been neglecting promoting on the Internet, you are missing a huge piece of the pie. It is still not too late to learn on how the internet works, and make money online.Similar Posts:

I have recently heard that Success Resources will be organizing the largest Cashflow 101 Competition in Asia! Boy, I like to see the crowd playing there. Imagine that there are 100 tables with 5 people playing Cashflow 101, there will be 500 people playing at the same time. That will be a lot of fun!

Cashflow 101 is invented by Robert Kiyosaki, almost at the same time he wrote the book called “Rich Dad, Poor Dad”. I have personally played the Cashflow 101 game for over 20 times now, and I still enjoy the game very much.

The purpose of this board game is to educate you in your financial knowledge. If you want to be rich, then this cash flow 101 is for you. It’s because it will show you your true nature when it comes to money. Are you a spender (most of the people are), an investor (not a lot of them), entrepreneur (even lesser numbers than the investor), or worker (the situation most people are in now), or a risk taker (few who made it to be rich)?

The Cashflow 101 revolves around accounting a lot, where this is the basic of business and investing. Knowing whether you are making money or losing money in your investment is a very fine line between success or failure. The accounting process in this game is very basic, you will need to debit the transaction somewhere and credit it somewhere. If you are not very familiar with the accounting entries, fear not.

The game is set that for every transaction you make in the game, someone next to you will double check your entries. You will learn accounting basics at the end of the Cashflow 101 game.

The Cashflow 101 game’s rule is that you must have a passive income that is greater than your monthly expenses. If you do achieve this, you will then be upgraded to the arena of the rich. Learning how to INVEST FAST is the key to winning the game. The game is reflected like in our daily lives where opportunities appear to us daily, weekly and monthly.

It is how we can perceive them to our advantage and be able to get out of the game in the fastest time possible.

Cashflow 101 will show you your true nature in your mindset towards money, sort of like a mirror showing you your financial future. Robert Kiyosaki has said that the game is a reflection of yourself in life. Wouldn’t you want to know what your true financial nature is?

Find out whether in life have you been playing a game to win or to lose! If you are interested to take part in this history-making competition, click here to join now.

“You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with.”
Jim Rohn

This is a quote made by Jim Rohn, motivational speaker and self help guru. To be honest, I don’t fully agree with this statement because it negates the fact we have our own consciousness as well. The quote will be more accurate if we revise it to: “You are the average of the five people you spend the most time with, including yourself”.

Regardless, I believe the key underlying intent of Jim’s quote is who you are with has an impact on what you eventually become. Who you are with can elevate you as much as it can bring you down.

My experiences with different groups of people

The type of people you interact with influences the (1) consciousness level you operate in and (2) the subject matter you engage in. It brings out a side of you that is further reinforced by their default response tendencies, thus perpetuating the situation. Below are some examples of the different groups of people I’ve interfaced in my life; you will probably find parallel experiences in your life as well from them.

Junior college years

In my junior college (JC) years during 2001-2002, I was immersed with people who were of pretty low consciousnesses. The JC I was in was not the best one around; most of the students enrolled because they were not able to get to the other higher ranking ones. Some of them were quite bitter and disgruntled; conversations commonly swirled in negativity and inferiority comparisons vs other higher ranking colleges or the doom and gloom of life. It did not help that even some of the teachers had a condescending attitude towards the school and the students.

When I was with negative teachers or students, I found their negative thoughts rubbed off me, regardless of how positive I may have been during the encounter. These thoughts remained as residual energy afterward which subsequently affected my thoughts and behaviour. These two years marked one of most negative periods of my life; for the most part I remained unaffected because I was very grounded in self-belief.

Working in my previous company

When I worked in my previous company from 2006-2008, the people around me were of much higher consciousness than people I was previously used to. These were very talented individuals who were the cream of the crop from wherever they came from; they were very solution-driven, positive and driven. It was extremely invigorating and uplifting just to be around them; The positive energy would just build on itself infectiously.

Sleepwalkers

In my general day-to-day life, I encounter sleepwalkers who generally lack a core focus in their lives. Their lives revolve around working, eating, sleeping, partying, random entertainment and generally getting by. When I am with them, I find it very difficult to branch the discussion beyond lower level, fear/ego-based topics such as gossip, complaining, unhappiness or dissatisfaction and day-to-day weary, to more higher-level, love-based topics such purpose, self improvement, and so on.

Millionaires

About a month back, I had the opportunity to interface with a group of millionaires. It wasn’t exactly a consciousness raising experience for me as the topics were very heavily focused on money and extrinsic possessions; but it was definitely an eye-opening one. The conversation focused a lot on the high life, materialism, buying branded goods, fine wining and dining and travelling around the world.

I’m not saying that all extremely rich/successful people are this way; just that this particular group behaved in this manner.

How people around you can affect you

There are two variables that interplay in determining how much of your thoughts and actions are influenced by people around you. The first is your consciousness and resilience as an individual. The second, is the collective sum of the consciousness of the people you are with. These combine to give you a weighted impact on who you become.

You may be the most conscious and smartest individual around, but if you are constantly surrounded by negative, fear-based people in your life, it will have an impact on who you eventually become and your progression in life. If you are heavily rooted in yourself, there might be a limited downside that negative friends can bring you. However, you are also getting a limited upside because you are spending time with people who are holding you back vs people who can be elevating you.

This is what Robert Kiyosaki experienced as well, which he shared in Rich Dad, Poor Dad. He had two dads – his real dad, stuck in the middle-class with limiting viewpoints on money; his poor dad, one of the wealthiest man in Hawaii and was smart about getting money to work for him. By consciously choosing to interface with his rich dad to learn from him, he acquired many thinkings and mindsets of how to become rich, which eventually led him to become successful in life.

If you hang out with a group of successful, positive-minded individuals who believe in taking responsibility for their lives, you will move to become a proactive individual who shapes his/her future. If you hang out with a bunch of pessimists who believe the world is out to get them and there is nothing worthwhile, you will start descending into the negative whirlpool at some point, even if you are initially a positive individual.

This is especially important in goal achievement, because the consciousness you vibrate at affects the kind of thoughts and actions you undertake. If you want to lose 20lbs of weight, you need to think as your end persona; the person who is clean cut in making diet decisions. However, if you are constantly surrounding yourself with people who eat a lot, you make it harder to restrict yourself. At this point, your ability to stay on track in your goal will boil down to how grounded and resilient you are. Think of how much easier the task becomes if you were hanging out with like-minded people with similar visions, or even people who have already been there before.

Of course, this does not mean you should sever relationships or cut away people who do not contribute to your goals. It just means you should reduce the amount of contact you are having with people who do not enable you to become a better person. If you are entrenching yourself in relationships which are not elevating you or bringing yourself forward, you are not really helping yourself nor anybody else since you are not being the best you can be and subsequently, not being the best you can be to them.

Exercise to identify your core circle

Let us do an exercise now. Pick up your pen and paper, then write down the answers to the following questions:

1. What is the kind of person you want to be?

What is your ideal self that you wish to become? What are the qualities you want to possess?

2. Who are the 5 people you spend the most time with in your life currently?

How are they like? What are the top 3 qualities each of them stand for?

3. Do they match who you want to become in the future?

Do their qualities match who you want to become? Do they help enable or disable your vision for yourself? Do they elevate you or bring you down?

4. Who are the top 5 people who embody the qualities you desire?

They should be people you aspire to become and/or respect in some way or another. There are no rules here – It does not matter whether the person is a specific individual or a general person, outside of your social circle, lives in a different country or dead. It can be someone who already achieved the end state or goal that you want to achieve. It can Oprah, Benjamin Franklin, Albert Einstein, Barack Obama or whoever. Let your imagination run wild here!

If one of your career aspirations is to be a chef, you can list Iron Chef or a world-renowned, international award winning chef as one of the 5 people. If you want to lose 100lbs, list someone who has already achieved this goal or someone who has your aspired body type/weight. If you want to be a movie producer, list someone who has achieved acclaimed successful in this line of work, such as Steven Spielberg, James Cameron, Peter Jackson, etc.

5. How can you increase contact with them?

This is where the interesting bit comes in. Depending on who the people are, you can use the following methods to reach out to them:

Direct contact:
This can be via face-to-face contact, telephone or via email/internet. How can you increase the opportunities of interfacing with this person? If you know the individual, how can you communicate with him/her more often? If you don’t know the person, does this person belong to a certain community which you can be part of? Do you have any friends who might know this individual? Is there a way for you to bridge into the same social circles?

Products of their work:
If direct communication does not work out, you can always bring the person to you in the form of his/her works. Does the person have any works under his/her name, such as shows, books or podcasts? Get your hands on them and soak yourself in them. These materials were after all written/made by them and the content will convey their consciousness and knowledge. In essence, being exposed to these materials is equivalent to interacting with them in person.

Visualization:
This one sounds like the most airy fairy method out of the three, but it can actually the most powerful. Clear your mind and visualize these people in your mind. Try to project them as clearly as possible, from how they look, think, act, say. When you are done, consult them in your mind and observe their responses to whatever you ask. It can also be used in daily life, where you project their persona onto you in your situations and think/act the way you think they will.

Napoleon Hill wrote in ‘Think Rich, Grow Rich’ that every night before he slept, he would have an imaginary council meeting with his ‘invisible counselors’. The council started out with a group of 9; it eventually expanded over time to over 50. These included people such as Darwin, Einstein, Aristotle, Confucious, Socrates, and the like. Through these nightly council meetings, he received immense inspiration, knowledge and ideas which he credited for his success in life.

Transitioning to the new you

What will happen from here on as you increase your contact with these 5 people? If the disparity in consciousness levels is high, you are probably going to start off feeling terribly misfitted. They will probably talking in lingo and topics which are different from what you are used to. Even when they talk about topics you are familiar with, the perspectives they come from can be totally different and not something you looked at before. You probably feel awkward around them.

But if you are to hang out with them every single day, even if for just one hour a time, it is almost sure guarantee that no matter who you are, you are eventually going to start becoming similar to them. It does not matter if you are currently a garbage collector or an up and rising Wallstreet analyst. The only difference is the amount of time it takes for your consciousness and thinking to alter and shift to the new level. If you are a stubborn individual in a low consciousness, it will take a longer period of time; if you are a high consciousness individual who is highly adaptable, it will take a shorter.

Eventually, you will find you start resonating with these people you aspire. You will find that you start thinking in the same wavelength and start talking about the same topics as them. Those thinking will then affect your actions, which will manifest into results you see in life.

Shape your life by choosing who you are with

By simply choosing the kind of people you spend time with, you are literally shaping your own future. Start by examining the people you spend the most time around. Consider if these people are enabling you towards your envisioned self. If they are not, identify and increase contact with the people who will enable you to become the best person you can be
